Fighting For Our Rights (referred to from hereon in as the “Company”) was established as a Non-profit Corporation at 3800 Martin Luther King Junior Parkway, Des Moines, Iowa 50310 with the expectation of rapid expansion in the legal services industry.

Business Description

The Company was formed on 02/18/2015 as Non-profit Corporation under Iowa state laws and headed by Brandie Rose DeVore.

The focus of Fighting For Our Rights is getting our message out to the world. Activist, Brandie DeVore, lends her skills to help further our cause. Brandie is an active advocate for the LGBTQ community and is always there for those that need a helping hand while they are figuring out who they are. Because she didn’t get support when she needed it, Brandie wants to spend the time and give help to those in the LGBTQ community, no matter their age. Brandie has an innate ability to help charities, run campaigns, and organize events that deal with the LGBTQ community and is fully dedicated to their cause and rights.

Business Mission

The mission of this company, is to keep the LGBTQ community informed on latest news, events, social networks. And provide the LGBTQ Community with free legal aid and research when they need it. We are about equal rights for the LGBTQ Community, and fairness in Human Rights declarations. We do not discriminate against anyone.

The Company is prepared to introduce the following service to the market:

Pro Bono Legal Aid/ Researching: LGBTQ Pro Bono Research and Legal Help

Research in LGBTQ rights, and it’s Laws. Has been independently studying LGBTQ law for six years and has a very good knowledge of procedures.

LGBTQ Discrimination Cases Filing and Procedures.

Contacting and Consulting the Firms Who Take Discrimination Cases:

Bringing A Lawsuit in And of Itself; A Judicial Contest; Any Dispute.

(Most Times Leading Up to A Contract of Settlement).

And Organizational Events.

Putting Together Campaigns and Non- Profit Organizational Events. Public Relations And Communications.

Demand for LGBTQ and discrimination complaint lawyers. The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) and the homeless members of this community, need free legal help and consultation due to high rise in discrimination cases, and assaults in the LGBTQ Community.
